With respect to temporary vacancies and placements we will ordinarily always charge the client NI and Working time Directive (holiday pay) at the prevailing rate. Terms for payment of our charges in respect of temporary staff are strictly 7 days.
With regards to contingency appointments, fees are charged once the candidate has started in employment with the client and each appointment carries with it a guarantee period.
We take care to ensure, wherever possible, that CVs are issued in a standardised format for quick and easy identification. As part of our bespoke service, we evaluate all candidates prior to forwarding their details to maximise the quality and accuracy of our candidate match; this evaluation process is designed to ensure you received the best candidates without unnecessary steps in the chain. To ensure continual optimisation, we welcome 360degree feedback from our clients with regards to our evaluation procedure.
We will make offers to candidates on the clients behalf; under no circumstances, as is industry standard, is an offer to be made directly to any candidate.
For all vacancy categories, the acceptance of a CV by a client directly denotes acceptance of our terms of business.
Temporary placements are charged per hour and are invoiced, ordinarily, upon confirmation of the hours worked by the candidate from the client.

Adjustment to standard Terms and Conditions including fees
Adjustments to the above will only be agreed if we are officially documented as preferred suppliers and are listed upon the relevant PSL / PSA documentation.
This may include master vendor agreements but not where the effect is punitive to us.
It is significant to note that if a specific clause of any terms is altered via mutual agreement, the balance of the terms will remain intact and unaltered.
